Our Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted online every year. Key highlights of the 2019 survey results are as follows.
2019 Survey Highlights
Overall Customer Satisfaction achieves a high rating at 5.0, similar to 2018 and 2017. (1 – worst, 6 – best)

Service Reliability” and “Product Pricing” are ranked the two most important service attributes.
Ratings of the four key areas of expertise, “Quality of Sales Personnel”, “Quality of Service Provisioning”, “Service Reliability” and “After-sales Support” all remain high consistently.  As regards individual service parameters, it is worth mentioning that rating of “Response Time of Sales Process” is extraordinary as it reaches 5.0 and has seen steady improvements over the past three years.
